Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Borka doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within [e.g., 7 days] of receiving your package. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To maintain hygiene and product quality, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of wear, perfume scents, or makeup stains.

  • Custom-made or specially altered Borkas.

  • Items purchased during “Final Sale” or clearance events.

  • Hijabs or under-scarves (due to hygiene reasons, unless they are in sealed original packaging).

3. The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment within [e.g., 5-10] business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or manufacturing defect).

4. Easy Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer a one-time exchange for the same design, subject to stock availability. Simply contact our support team to reserve your new size. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the original item back to us and the delivery of the new item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in our quality control.
